17-29 degC, overcast, with dark clouds, wind, but no rain
A real rest day today. After our morning walks, we had breakfast then Wendy logged on to her work site but found nothing to do, so 'went home'. Greg meanwhile, worked on the inside of the truck. Some dust found its way inside, while we don't mind the outside being rustic we like it clean inside.
Lunch was had then an LLD, followed by more playing on computers for both of us (Greg with his story and Wendy trying to complete the first photobook of this trip). Greg went for an afternoon 12 km ride along the highway and back, before deconstructing the camp in preparation for tomorrow's departure.
We have been lucky with the weather so far on this trip, with very little to no rain. The temperatures have varied from warm to cold to warm, then hot, and back to warm again. We've no doubt that as soon as we start heading south from Port Hedland, the temps with also head south. At least we have two sets of clothes on board and a gas heater (which we hope still works) for when we are at the WA gold fields.
Next stop, Halls Creek, hopefully. No pictures today, there were enough yesterday.
